Re6elfit Client Agreement

By submitting payment, signing this agreement, or otherwise participating in Re6elfit training services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms: 

 Re6elfit offers personal and group training services designed to support your fitness goals. 

• Sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.
   
• Each session lasts approximately 1 hour.
   
• Clients must arrive on time and be dressed appropriately for physical activity.

• Clients may miss or cancel up to three (3) sessions without penalty.
   
• After the third missed session (including cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice), a $20 fee per missed session will apply, or one session will be deducted from prepaid packages.
   
• Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the trainer’s discretion.

• Payment is due before or at the start of each session or package.
   
• No refunds will be issued once training has begun, but sessions may be rescheduled within the terms of this agreement.

• Clients and trainers must maintain mutual respect and professionalism.
   
• Any form of harassment—verbal, physical, or otherwise—will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
   
• Re6elfit reserves the right to end a session or terminate this agreement at any time due to inappropriate behavior.

• Either party may terminate this agreement in writing.
   
• If terminated by the client, any remaining unused sessions may be forfeited.
